Jack highlighted the following priorities on her campaign website:

If elected, I will work toward meeting these goals in my first term:

Communicate regularly with all communities. Highlight need-to-know topics like graduation requirements, Common Core Standards, and the differences between school sites and programs.

Convene meetings with all SUHSD partner elementary school boards twice a year.

Convene annual meeting of SUHSD with our community college district.

Launch a coordinating council for all volunteer groups that raise funds for schools in our district. Report to SUHSD board twice a year on fundraising goals and results.

Ensure that students interested in entering the workforce immediately after high school have career programs and pathways to apprentice with skilled labor trades.

Continue 5-year strategic planning process to ensure implementation guarantees that SUHSD provides educational excellence for every student, common-sense solutions that prepare for projected enrollment increases, and district-wide level of programing that also maintains each school's unique personality.[8]
