As a candidate running for Franklin Municipal Judge, I firmly believe that my extensive legal experience of over 28 years specifically in traffic/drunk driving defense makes me the Best Candidate for this judicial position. As a Franklin Municipal Judge the job description entails listening to traffic violation cases, disorderly conduct matters, drunk driving cases, and any civil ordinance violations. I’ve handled over 700 traffic/drunk driving cases per year throughout the State of Wisconsin. In my 28 years of legal practice, I have helped thousands of Franklin residents get their points back and save money on their insurance premiums. I have personally worked with our Franklin City Prosecutor, Ed Borda on many traffic violation matters. I have appeared in front of Judge Fred Klimetz on many Franklin traffic violation and civil ordinance violation cases. I have experience that matters for this job. In fact, Judge Fred Klimetz personally asked me to run for Franklin Municipal Judge as he is retiring this year. Furthermore, my approach to justice is guided by a deep-seated commitment to fairness, impartiality, and integrity. I believe that every defendant who comes into the courtroom should be heard and treated with respect, regardless of their background or circumstances. Coming from Greek immigrant parents, I understand diversity and culture. I am confident that my experience, values, and dedication to the law makes me the best candidate to serve as Franklin Judge.

The City of Franklin Judicial position involves adjudicating over traffic ordinance laws and other civil ordinance violations. It is the feeder program into the Circuit Court system. I would ensure that cases are handled fairly and impartially.
I believe that prior legal experience in handling traffic violations and drunk driving cases is critically in understanding the nuances of this position.
Familiarity with the civil ordinance violations and the traffic code is a must in this position.
