Georgia Spalding County Loans, Amendment 1 (1934)
The Georgia Spalding County Loans Amendment, also known as Amendment 1, was on the ballot in Georgia on November 6, 1934, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was approved. The measure authorized Spalding County to make temporary loans.[1]
