The Georgia Tax Exemption for Spouses of Military Personnel Referendum, also known as Referendum B, was on the ballot in Georgia on November 5, 2002, as a legislatively referred state statute. It was approved. The measure extended certain ad valorem tax exemptions to surviving unremarried spouses of military personnel killed in an armed conflict.[1][2]
