Gerald C. Smoak, Jr.
Gerald C. Smoak, Jr. was a family court judge for the Fourteenth Judicial Circuit in South Carolina.[1] Smoak was elected to the court by the South Carolina General Assembly and assumed office on July 1, 1995.[2] He was re-elected in February 2019.[3]
Education
Smoak received his undergraduate degree from the University of South Carolina in 1980 and his J.D. from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 1983.[2]
