Gerald Sanford Levin (1906-1971) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the Northern District of California.

Levin was nominated by President Richard Nixon on June 13, 1969, to a new seat created by 80 Stat. 75; he was confirmed by the Senate on July 11, 1969, and received commission on July 14, 1969. He served the Northern District of California until his death on June 5, 1971. Levin was succeeded in this position by Charles Renfrew.
