Gerald Seibel
Gerald Seibel is a former Eighth Judicial District judge for Stevens County, Minnesota. He was appointed to this position on October 30, 1992, and was elected to full terms in 1994, 2000, 2006 and 2012.[1] He retired on January 8, 2016.[2]
Education
Seibel received a B.A. from St. John's University in 1972 and a J.D. from the William Mitchell College of Law in 1978.[1]
Career
Seibel began his legal career in 1978 as an attorney with the firm of Meshbesher, Singer & Spence. In 1985, he joined Fluegel, Anderson, Dalager & Seibel, where he worked as a partner until his judicial appointment in 1992.[1]

Seibel ran unopposed in the general election November 6, 2012. He received 99.52 percent of the vote.[3]
