Gerald Weber
Gerald Joseph Weber (1914-1989) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.
Weber was nominated by President Lyndon Johnson on April 30, 1964, to a seat vacated by John McIlvaine;[1] he was confirmed by the Senate on September 15, 1964, and received commission that same day. He served as chief judge from 1976-1982. He assumed senior status on December 31, 1988, and served in that capacity until his death on August 28, 1989. Weber was succeeded in this position by Donetta Ambrose.
