Germaine Marks
Germaine Marks served as the Arizona Director of Insurance and Financial Institutions until Gov. Doug Ducey named Andy Tobin as a permanent replacement, effective October 12, 2015.[1][2] She had been appointed by Gov. Jan Brewer to serve as the acting director in June 2012.[1] Prior to her appointment, Marks served as the Deputy Director of the Arizona Department of Insurance from 2003 to 2012.[1]
Biography
Marks served as Assistant Attorney General at the Arizona Attorney General's Office from 1992 to 1997, practiced at Platt & Westby, P.C. from 1990 to 1992, and served as Law Clerk-Bailiff for the Honorable Robert D. Myers at the Maricopa Superior Court from 1989 to 1990.[1]
