| Measure A: "To improve the quality of education, shall the Geyserville Unified School District repair, upgrade, replace and acquire safety, communication, electrical and heating/air conditioning systems, restrooms, plumbing, roofing, dry rot, and other school facilities, furniture and equipment needs; and help qualify for State matching funds, by issuing $3,250,000 of bonds at interest rates within legal limits, with accountability provided by citizens' oversight and independent audits, and with no funds used for administrators' or teachers' salaries?"[1] |
