Gigi Parris
Gigi Parris was an acting member of the New York City Civil Court New York County, representing Countywide District. Parris assumed office in 2021. Parris left office in 2023.
Biography
Parris received her bachelor's degree from Harvard University and her J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law.[1]
Prior to her appointment to the bench, Parris was a Corporate Associate with Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP. Previously, she worked with The Bronx Defenders, the Neighborhood Defender Service of Harlem, was an Associate Court Attorney to a Bronx Family Court Judge, and served as a Supervising Court Attorney to the Supervising Judge of Queens County Family Court.[1]
