Proposal to the voters for ratification of the 2020 Gilber General Plan, as adopted by the Town Council on February 4, 2020, Resolution No. 4114. The 2020 Gilbert General Plan is a statement of land development policies that sets forth objectives, principles and standards for growth and redevelopment. A 'YES' vote shall have the effect of approving the 2020 Gilbert General Plan. A 'NO' vote shall have the effect of not approving the 2020 Gilbert General Plan and retaining the General Plan 2010.[2] |
