Ballot question

The ballot question was as follows:[1]

Shall the Town of Gilbert be authorized to sell approximately 36.66 acres of Assessor Parcel Number (APN) 304-55-011R, surplus real property generally located south of the 202 freeway, north of Germann Road, east of Gilbert Road and west of Lindsay Road, a full legal description for which is available from the Town of Gilbert and is posted to the Town’s website, as it is no longer needed for a public safety training facility?[2]
