Gilbert Feltel Jr.
Gilbert Feltel Jr. is a judge of the Florida 4th Circuit Court. He assumed office on April 3, 2020. His current term ends on January 2, 2029.
Feltel won re-election for judge of the Florida 4th Circuit Court outright in the general election on November 8, 2022, after the primary and general election were canceled.
Feltel was appointed to the court on April 3, 2020, to replace W. Gregg McCaulie.[1]
Education
Feltel received his J.D. degree from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 1993.[2]
Career
Prior to his appointment to the bench, Feltel was the chief legal officer at the Jacksonville Port Authority. His professional experience also includes working as an assistant state attorney and as a partner at law firm Tanner Bishop.[1] Feltel is a member of the Florida Bar Association.[2]
