The ballot title for Question 2 was as follows:

Shall the Governing Board of Gilbert Unified School District No. 41 of Maricopa County, Arizona, be authorized to sell, lease or exchange the following described parcels of real property, or any portion thereof, and use all or a portion of any such proceeds of any such sale, lease or exchange to purchase school sites and/or to construct, improve, equip and furnish school buildings, to purchase student transportation or other vehicles and/or any other permitted capital expenditure? The real property is described as follows:

Parcel A:

Site located East of S. Crismon Road and South of E. Madero Avenue in Mesa, Arizona, known as the District’s Madero Property (approximately 13.8 acres).

Under federal law, the national mail voter registration application (a version of which is in use in all states with voter registration systems) requires applicants to indicate that they are U.S. citizens in order to complete an application to vote in state or federal elections, but does not require voters to provide documentary proof of citizenship.
