Gina Higgins is a judge for Division IV of the Thirtieth Circuit Court in Tennessee. She assumed office on September 1, 2010. Her current term ends on September 1, 2030.

Biography

Education

Higgins received both her undergraduate and J.D. degrees from the University of Memphis in 1984 and 1997, respectively. She is also a former member of the U.S. Navy Judge Advocate General's Corps.[1]

Career

Before her election to the Thirtieth Circuit Court in 2010, Higgins worked as an attorney in private practice. She is a former assistant divorce referee of the 30th Judicial District and a founding member of the firm, Stott's Higgins Johnson, an association of attorneys.[1]
