Giovanni O. Campbell (Democratic Party) is a judge of the Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas in Pennsylvania. He assumed office in 2014. His current term ends on January 2, 2034.
Campbell ran for re-election for judge of the Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas in Pennsylvania. He won in the retention election on November 7, 2023.
Education
Campbell earned his undergraduate degree from Stony Brook University in 1989 and his J.D. from the Temple University School of Law in 1993.[1]
Career
Campbell was an attorney in private practice.[1]

Campbell ran for election to the Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas.
Primary: He received 7.5 percent of the vote in the Democratic primary on May 21, 2013.
General: He was elected in the general election on November 5, 2013, with 13.5 percent of the vote. Joe Fernandes, Daniel D. McCaffery, Sierra Thomas Street, Timika Lane, Anne Marie B. Coyle and Judge Kenneth J. Powell, Jr. were also on the ballot, competing for six open seats.
2011
Campbell ran for an open seat on the Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas. He lost the Democratic Party primary to a number of candidates on May 17. He received 1.7 percent of the vote in the Democratic primary.[6] He only filed with the Democratic Party.[7]
