Glenda Sanders
Glenda Sanders was a judge for the Superior Court of Orange County in California. She was appointed by Governor Gray Davis in 2002 and was sworn in as a judge of the Superior Court in January 2003.
On January 1, 2014, Sanders began her term as the court's presiding judge.[1][2][3]
Sanders left office in 2023.[4]
Education
Sanders graduated from the Law Schools of Natal University (South Africa) in 1979, and Cambridge University in England in 1981.[2]
Career
Prior to becoming a judge for the Superior Court of Orange County, Sanders worked as an attorney in private practice. She was with the firm of Latham & Watkins from 1986 to 2000. Before joining, Latham & Watkins, Sanders worked as a barrister in court for five years. While in South Africa, Sanders was an assistant professor teaching a course on corporate law and torts at the University of Cape Town.[2]
