Campaign themes

2014

Bring Back Local Control

Jobs & Economy

  • Excerpt: "Glenn Miller’s number one priority will be working to create more jobs and protect the jobs we already have."

Education

  • Excerpt: "Glenn Miller knows that you can’t just throw more tax dollars at the problem; we need to get in the classrooms and give teachers the resources they need to teach. This includes teaching our children skills they can use immediately upon graduation to find employment."

Saving the Salton Sea

  • Excerpt: " By giving incentives such as tax credits to companies to come to the Salton Sea area as well as developers, we can raise money to create different ways to get water into the Sea in order to reduce the chemical levels and salinity rate. I believe that public/private partnerships are the key to making restoration of the Salton Sea a reality."
