Glenn Ansardi

Glenn B. Ansardi is the Division H judge for the 24th Judicial District in Louisiana. He was elected to this position on October 4, 2008.[1][2][3] He was re-elected in 2014 for a term beginning on January 1, 2015, and expiring on December 31, 2020.[4][5]

Education
Ansardi received his undergraduate degree from Southeastern Louisiana University in 1969 and his J.D. from Loyola University Law School in 1976.[2]
Career
Ansardi served as a Louisiana Representative (District 92) from 1986 until his judicial election in 2008. Additionally, he was a partner and founding member of the law firm of Ansardi Maxwell & Power from 1987 to 2008. He has also worked as a magistrate and assistant city attorney in Kenner, Louisiana. Military service
Ansardi was in the National Guard from 1969 to 1998, where he served as a staff judge advocate and first chief of the Trial Defense Service before retiring as a lieutenant colonel.[2]
