Glenn Geissinger
Glenn Geissinger was a 2016 Republican candidate who sought election to the U.S. House to represent the 17th Congressional District of Pennsylvania.[1] Geissinger was defeated by Matt Connolly in the primary.

Heading into the election, Ballotpedia rated this race as safely Democratic. Incumbent Matt Cartwright (D) defeated Matt Connolly (R) in the general election on November 8, 2016. Cartwright was unopposed in the Democratic primary, while Connolly defeated Glenn Geissinger to win the Republican nomination. The primary elections took place on April 26, 2016.[2][3]
