Glenn Koenen was a 2016 Democratic candidate for District 95 of the Missouri House of Representatives.

At the time of the election, Koenen was an Oakville resident who had stepped down from his role as executive director of Circle of Concern, a charitable organization that serves the needs of the people of western St. Louis County. He was the 2010 chairman of the West St. Louis County Chamber of Commerce.[1]

Koenen ran in the 2012 election for the U.S. House to represent Missouri's 2nd District. Koenen defeated Harold Whitfield, Marshall Works and George Weber in the Democratic primary. He was defeated by Ann Wagner (R) in the general election.

Politico listed the 2nd District race as one of the top five primaries in the list 5 primaries to watch in 2012.[7]
