Glenn Strebe is a former at-large representative on the Academy School District 20 Board of Education. Strebe was elected by acclamation of the district in November 2015 due to a lack of opposition.[1] Strebe did not seek re-election in 2019.

Strebe received his B.S. from the USAF Academy and his M.B.A. from Colorado State University. He has served on the board of directors and executive committee of the Better Business Bureau of Southern Colorado. He also served on the National Association of Federal Credit Unions (NAFCU) Region 5 advisory committee, NAFCU Services Corporation advisory committee, and the faculty of the NAFCU Management Development Institute at Duke University. Strebe has worked as a credit union speaker and instructor. He was the author of two articles in the Credit Union Executive Journal and wrote the book Managing Credit Union Finance.[2]

Two of the five seats on the Academy School District 20 Board of Education were scheduled for general election on November 3, 2015. The at-large seats of incumbents Tracey Johnson and Glenn Strebe were up for election.[3][4] Johnson and Strebe were the only candidates to file for the election and both candidates were declared winners by acclamation by the scheduled election date.[1]

Johnson and Strebe were elected by acclamation of the district in September 2015, as they were unopposed in the election.
