Glenn Terry Shelby

Glenn Terry Shelby was a judge for the Tenth Judicial Circuit Court in Florida. He was appointed to this position by Governor Rick Scott (R) on February 13, 2013, and he was re-elected without opposition in 2014. He passed away on December 7, 2017.[1]

Shelby received his J.D. from the University of Florida in 1979.[3]
Career
Shelby began his career of 33 years specializing in estate planning and real estate transactions in Polk County. He applied for a county judge position in 2008, but was not selected.[3] Though Shelby was in two partnerships during his career, he mostly practiced alone.[3]
