Gloria Chevere
Gloria Chevere is a former judge on the Cook County 6th Subcircuit in Illinois. She was first elected in 2006. She was retained in 2012 for a term that expired in 2018.[1][2]
Education
Chevere graduated from the John Marshall Law School.[1]
Career
Prior to becoming a judge in 2006, Chevere worked as an attorney for the Chicago Transit Authority, as a prosecutor and hearing officer for the Illinois Secretary of State, as a hearing officer for the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District, and as a partner at a private law firm.[1]
2012 election
Chevere was retained on Nov. 6, 2012 with 63.1 percent of the vote.[3][4]
