Gordon P. Giampietro is an assistant general counsel of the Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance Company. On December 20, 2017, President Donald Trump nominated him to serve as an Article III federal judge on the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin.[1]

Education

Giampietro earned his B.A. and his J.D. from the Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C..[1]

Professional career

Prior to joining Northwestern Mutual, Giampietro spent thirteen years as an Assistant United States Attorney for the Eastern District of Wisconsin. He was also previously a partner with Michael Best & Friedrich LLP. Following law school, he served for three years as law clerk to Judge Rudolph T. Randa of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin.[1]
