Gordon McCain
Gordon W. "Mack" McCain, Jr. is a judge on the Fifth Circuit Court in Arkansas. He was first elected in 2004 to finish the term of Richard Gardner, who died in office. McCain was re-elected to the Fifth Circuit on May 20, 2014 for a term expiring in 2020.[1][2][3][4]

McCain received both his undergraduate degree and his J.D. from the University of Arkansas.[5]
Career
Before becoming circuit judge, McCain was a deputy prosecuting attorney and a private practice attorney. He was admitted to the bar in 1992.[5][2]
