Gordon Quan was the Democratic candidate for the Harris County Court in 2010.[1]
2010 election
Quan won the Democratic primary, receiving 81.2 percent of the vote. He was defeated by Ed Emmett in the general election.[2][3]
Education
Quan received a B.A. in history and government from the University of Texas at Austin, a master's degree in education from the University of Houston and a J.D. from South Texas College of Law.[4]
Career
Quan founded FosterQuan, an immigration law firm. He also served as a city councilman in Houston from 2001 to 2006.[4]
