Judgment recognized in Swiss hockey injury case (2014)

In June 2014, Judge Quist upheld a $1.6 million judgment against former NHL player Kevin Miller resulting from injuries sustained by another player that were attributed to Miller during a game in Switzerland. The injuries ended the other player's career. A Swiss court issued a judgment in the injured player's insurance company's favor.
