Gordon Wenk
Gordon Wenk is the former Michigan Director of Agriculture and Rural Development. He was appointed to the position by Gov. Rick Snyder (R) on February 23, 2018, to replace former officeholder Jamie Clover Adams, who stepped down effective March 3, 2018, to work for the U.S. Department of Agriculture.[1] He left office in January 2019.
Biography
Wenk served as the chief deputy director of the Michigan Department of Agriculture and Rural Development from June 2008 to March 2018. He previously held the position of director of the department's environmental stewardship division.[2]
