Gov. Cuomo forms Moreland commission

ALBANY, New York: Governor Andrew Cuomo has formed the Moreland commission to look at how New York utility companies prepared for and responded to major storms in the last two years, including Hurricane Sandy. They will review the actions taken to prepare and respond to the storms and will make recommendations for improvement.[1]
