The Government Oversight and Accountability Committee is a former standing committee of the Missouri House of Representatives.

Function

The 2013 Missouri House rules described the function of this committee as outlined below.

The Committee on Government Oversight and Accountability may consider and report on bills and matters referred to it relating to the oversight of government programs and policies and to ensure accountability of the executive and judicial branches of government.[1][2]
