Governor Christie nominates ten judges for New Jersey courts

New Jersey: Last week, Governor Chris Christie re-nominated Anne Patterson to the New Jersey Supreme Court and nominated nine judges to the New Jersey Superior Court.

The judges nominated to the Superior Court are:

  • Angela Borkowski to represent Annandale and Hunterdon;
  • Terry Bottinelli to represent Wyckoff and Bergen;
  • Donna Gallucio to represent Prospect Park and Passaic;
  • Linda Grasso Jones to represent Tinton Falls and Monmouth;
  • Leslie-Ann Justus to represent Morganville and Monmouth;
  • Sohail Mohammed to represent Clifton and Passaic;
  • Lisa Rose to represent West New York and Hudson;
  • Heidi Currier to represent Cranbury and Middlesex;
  • Frederick Schuck to represent Cherry Hill and Camden.[1]

These nominations must be confirmed by the New Jersey Senate in order to become effective. If confirmed, all judges will serve a seven-year term.[2]
