The question on the ballot:
| Shall a levy be imposed by the Graham Local School District, Counties of Champaign and Shelby for the purpose of EMERGENCY REQUIREMENTS OF THE SCHOOL DISTRICT in the sum of $ 1,800,000 and a levy of taxes be made outside of the ten-mill limitation estimated by the county auditor to average 8 mills for each one dollar of valuation, which amounts to $0.80 for each one hundred dollars of valuation, for a period of five years, commencing in 2011, first due in calendar year 2012?[3] |
