A Grand River Mosquito Control District Annexation question was on the November 6, 2012 election ballot in Mesa County, which is in Colorado.
If approved, this question annexes three properties to be part of the Grand River Mosquito Control District. The first property is North of the Colorado River and South of the Highline Canal; East of 20 Road and West of 30 Road. The second property is South of Hwy 340 and north of the Monument; and the third property consists of the land within Independence Valley Subdivision.[1]

“ | Shall the area described below be included within the service territory of the Grand River Mosquito Control district and become subject to the existing district tax levy of 1.513 mills?
