Grant Bannister is a judge for the Kansas Twenty-First Judicial District. He was appointed by Gov. Sam Brownback (R) on September 12, 2016, to fill a vacancy left by the resignation of David L. Stutzman.[1]
Biography
Bannister earned his bachelor's degree from Fort Hays State University. He later received his J.D. from the University of Kansas. Bannister was an attorney with Knopp & Bannister PA prior to his appointment to the bench.[1]
