Grant Stern was a candidate for District 5 representative on the Midtown Miami Community Development District in Florida.
Stern won the seat in the general election on November 8, 2016. The election results were overturned, however, when Judge Lisa Walsh ruled that Stern was not qualified to serve on the board.[1]
