There was a Great Northern School District Levy Implementation measure on the February 9 ballot in Spokane County for voters in the Great Northern school district.
This measure was approved
- YES 207 (81.5%)
- NO 47 (18.5%)[1]
This measure sought to implement a property tax within the school district in order to help finance educational maintenance and operation costs of the district. The levy will be at a rate of $1.84 per $1,000 of assessed value and will be in place for a further two years. [2]
