Greenaway's nomination to U.S. Circuit Court confirmed

New Jersey: On February 9th, Joseph Greenaway's appointment to the United States Court of Appeals for the 3rd Circuit was unanimously confirmed by the U.S. Senate. Greenaway was nominated to the Third Circuit in June of 2009 by President Barack Obama. He will fill a seat which was vacated in 2006 by Samuel Alito.[1]
Greenaway previously served on the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey from 1996 until this elevation. He was nominated to that court by President Bill Clinton.[2]
