This measure sought to issue a bond at a cost of $45 million and implement a levy which would be set at a rate of 6.43 mills in order to pay for construction projects and facility improvement projects in the district. A income tax at a rate of .25 percent will also be implemented to pay for maintenance costs of school facilities.[2]
