The Greer Summary Court is one of ten courts special to Greenville County, South Carolina. The courts magistrates hear criminal, traffic, and civil cases, preliminary hearings and transfer cases for Greenville County. These courts are not to be confused with the local municipal courts. This court serves the Greer community in Greenville.[1]
