Greg Dolezal (Republican Party) is a member of the Georgia State Senate, representing District 27. He assumed office on January 14, 2019. His current term ends on January 11, 2027.

Dolezal (Republican Party) ran for re-election to the Georgia State Senate to represent District 27. He won in the general election on November 5, 2024.

Biography

Greg Dolezal was born in Joliet, Illinois and earned a bachelor's degree in business and communication at North Park University in 2001. Dolezal's career involves co-owning Renewed Vision, a software company, serving as the tour manager for musician Chris Tomlin, the former creative director for 7:22 at North Point Community Church, and is the owner of Catalyst Nutraceuticals.[1] He is also a founding member of Fix Forsyth Traffic and is a founding member of Passion City Church. [2] He was elected to state senate in 2019.[3]

Decision to self-quarantine for coronavirus on March 19, 2020

Dolezal, along with his Georgia State Senate colleagues, entered self-quarantine after State Sen. Brandon Beach tested positive for coronavirus.[4]
