Greg Shannon
Greg Shannon ran for election for the Department 11 judge of the Nevada 2nd Judicial District Court Family Division. He lost in the general election on November 3, 2020.
Shannon was a candidate for justice of the peace on the Reno Township Justice Court in Nevada.
Career
Shannon has worked as a Deputy District Attorney for the Washoe County District Attorney's Office for over 25 years. From 2006 to 2008, he served as the Chief Deputy District Attorney of the Child Protection Team. He has also been a hearing officer for the State of Nevada Department of Education and a pro bono mediator for the Federal Court Inmate Early Mediation Program.[1]
