Gregg Rubenstein
Gregg Rubenstein is a judge of the New Jersey Vicinage 8 Superior Court. He assumed office in 2022. His current term ends in 2029.

He was nominated to the court by Governor Phil Murphy on February 28, 2022 and confirmed by the Senate on March 24, 2022.[1][2]
Biography
Rubenstein previously served on the North Brunswick Board of Education. He has also volunteered with Women Aware and as an Early Settlement Panelist for the Middlesex County Family Court. In 2012, Rubenstein was recognized as a "Hometown Hero" by the United Way for his volunteer commitments.[3]
Education
Rubenstein earned his bachelor's degree in political science at Rutgers University and his law degree at Widener Law School.[3]
Career
Prior to serving as a judge, Rubenstein worked as a family law practitioner through his own family law practice. He received the Martin S. Goldin Family Law Award in 2008 and the Edward Schoifet Family Law Award in 2021. Rubenstein was named a "Rising Star" for four years in a row by the New Jersey Super Lawyers. He was also named a "Super Lawyer" for three years in a row.[3]
