Gregory L. Baxter was the presiding Judge on the 8th Judicial District in Oregon. The court has jurisdiction over Baker County and is located within the 8th Judicial District. Baxter retired from the bench on October 31, 2019.[1]

2012 election

Baxter ran unopposed and was re-elected in the May 15th primary.[2][3]

Education

Judge Baxter earned an associate degree in accounting from Ricks College and a bachelor of arts degree in business management & finance from Brigham Young University. Later he earned his J.D. from Northwestern School of Law at Lewis and Clark.[4]
