Primary: He was defeated in the primary on November 4, 2014, receiving 21.5 percent of the vote. He competed against Kim Cooper Jones and Darren Roy.

Noto received his J.D. from Loyola University New Orleans School of Law.[3]
Career
Noto has a private law practice and is the special assistant to District Attorney Jack Rowley. He is a former police officer.[3]
