Campaign website

Sobocinski’s campaign website stated the following:

Secure the border and stop the invasion

Without safety and security, society cannot survive, let alone thrive. The number one responsibility of Government is to protect our country, its borders and its sovereignty.

Democrats are the party of lawlessness and anarchy. We have lawlessness at the border. We have lawlessness in our cities. We need to get control of our border. We must hold illegal immigrants accountable.

Our border with Mexico is a disaster. More than 225,000 illegal aliens pour into our country every month. And they bring enough fentanyl over each month to kill every American twice over.

Joe Biden and Andy Kim caused this invasion. They canceled the Border Wall construction. They invite illegals to come here and give them housing and cash. The Democrats dream of mass amnesty, because they want to import a new electorate.

Not on my watch. As your Congressman, I will fight to end illegal immigration and secure our border.

Empower Parents and End the Assault on our Children and Families

As we are being invaded at the Southern border by hundreds of thousands of illegals streaming across, our government ignores the invaders and instead attacks moms and dads as “Domestic Terrorists” for daring to question their school boards about what is being taught to their children and the activities going on in their government schools. This must stop.

Our schools are a disaster. Left-wing bureaucrats are programming curriculums with radical political agendas. Rather than teaching children how to think, they’re trying to control what they think. How do we expect kids to succeed if they’re being indoctrinated with Critical Race Theory, taught to hate our ancestors, and encouraged to question their gender?

Schools are also failing at a much more basic level. Even by high school, too many students can’t read or write, their math skills are horrible and they don’t understand the basics of civics, the structure of our government and how our Constitutional Republic was meant to operate.

The good news is that we know what to do.

• Empower parents and end the scourge of wokeness in schools • Support school choice in all its forms • Eliminate the Dept. of Education (and so long as it exists, require that federal dollars spent must follow the student — parents, not bureaucrats, should call the shots). • Promote alternatives to college — there should be many more paths to success than a 4-year college degree • Get the government out of the student loan business, and hold colleges liable for the debt their students can’t pay back

Election Integrity

We need to get serious about election integrity. The 2020 election was a rotten mess— if we had had a free and fair election, President Trump would be sitting in the Oval Office today and America would be so much better off.

States and municipalities, not the federal government, should run elections. I will never support nationalizing elections or getting rid of the Electoral College. State legislatures must pass laws banning drop boxes and ending indiscriminate mass mailing of ballots. But we also need a few reforms at the federal level to tighten security and promote fairness for all:

• Nationwide Voter ID. To vote in a federal election, you should have to show a state- or federal-issued photo ID, period. • Ban corporate and private funding of election administration. • Stop the Democrats’ crazy “Voting Rights” bills. Every American adult already has the right to vote. When the left pushes new “voting rights,” laws they really just want to make it easier to cheat. We can’t have a functioning republic if citizens can’t trust that their votes count, and illegal votes don’t count. If we don’t shore up our elections, America will be lost forever.

Protecting Women & Families

In the U.S. House of Representatives I will:

• Support the Hyde Amendment, ensuring that no taxpayer funds ever fund abortions • Encourage adoption for mothers and fathers who unable to raise, for whatever reason, a new child by eliminating the bureaucratic and financial challenges and simplifying the process for the birth mother and the adoptive parents. • Support organizations that provide alternatives to abortion • Strip funding from Planned Parenthood, all other abortionists, and any organization that promotes abortion • Remove funding for any research that uses embryonic stem cells or aborted fetal remains • Support the Pain-Capable Unborn Child Protection Act, the Born Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act, the SAVE Moms and Babies Act, and other pro-life legislation The right to life is guaranteed by our founding documents, and I will fight to defend it.

2nd Amendment Shall Not Be Infringed

The 2nd Amendment exists to protect our families, our communities, and our country. Ultimately, it’s about resisting tyranny. The 2nd Amendment safeguards all the other Amendments. Without gun rights, before long, you have no rights.

But our rights are under assault. Democrats spend a lot of time and money talking about “gun control.” Really, they just want to take away your guns so they can control you. We can never let that happen. I’m a gun owner, and as your Congressman, I will fight to protect and expand your 2A rights.

Avoid Foreign Entanglements with no Strategic Interest to the United States

Too many in Congress over the years have been cavalier about sending our resources of money, military assets and men and women in uniform to fight in far off lands when there was no clear strategic or vital American interest.

These Congressmen and Congresswomen need to ask themselves if the necessity is so great that they would send their own sons and daughters to fight or they would be willing to pick up a rifle and go themselves. If the answer is “no” then it probably is not of vital or strategic importance. It’s easy to be “tough” when you and yours are not the ones putting your lives on the line.

As a father of two active duty officers in our Armed Forces, I know my sons will honor their oath to protect and defend our Constitution and this country. However, we need to think long and hard before we become embroiled in any way in regional conflicts around the world where the vital interest is not at stake or is unclear.

Sending $40-$50 Billion of our dollars to Ukraine, a quarter of their annual Gross Domestic Product, is wrong, when Americans cannot find baby formula, and have difficulties paying for gas and food because of Bidenflation.

Save Free Speech and Fight Big Tech

The 1st Amendment is under attack because Democrats don’t believe in free speech anymore. They threaten, intimidate, and cancel anyone they don’t like. And they have powerful allies in Big Tech and the corporate media, who do the Left’s bidding by censoring and hiding truths that don’t fit their narrative.

Big Tech is a threat to America. Google, Facebook, and Twitter threw the election for Joe Biden in October 2020, by censoring true reporting about Hunter Biden’s laptop and Biden family corruption. Then Facebook and Twitter kicked President Trump off their platforms while he was President. That should be illegal. [2]

"Illegal immigration affects the lives of all Americans. Illegal immigration hurts American workers; burdens American taxpayers; and undermines public safety; and places enormous strain on local schools, hospitals, and communities in general, taking precious resources away from the poorest Americans who need them most. Illegal immigration costs our country billions and billions of dollars each year.

President Donald J Trump 11/1/2018

Stop Andy Kim’s Inflation – A Cruel Tax on Everyone

Inflation is out of control. Everything you need to live, from food to gas to healthcare, is more expensive in Andy Kim’s America. First, they insisted that inflation was temporary. Now Biden and Andy Kim insist that increased government spending has nothing to do with soaring prices. They think you’re too stupid to understand the obvious truth: Biden and Andy Kim are to blame because they’ve printed trillions of dollars and spent it recklessly.

Inflation is an insidious and cruel tax on those who can least afford it. While retirees, families and those with hourly wage jobs cut back on food and fuel and other expenses, do you think Joe Biden and his friends have changed their lifestyle at all? No. Because they don’t feel the pain that they’ve caused you.

This is Andy Kim’s inflation. The pain you are feeling was sent to you by him. He either does not care or is economically illiterate. But it does not matter because the pain he caused is real.

As your Congressman, I will fight for economic sanity by working to:

  • Rein in government spending responsible for driving prices up
  • Fight the bureaucrats and overregulation helping to drive prices up
  • Restoring American energy independence. When energy is cheap, everything else gets cheaper too
  • Exercise meaningful oversight on the Federal Reserve, a non-transparent, unnecessary, unaudited private bank (yes, private bank) as I work to eliminate it. An audit, anyone?

If we lose freedom here, there is no place to escape to. This is the last stand on earth.

Ronald Reagan

Our youth will be taught to love America with all of their heart and all of their souls,"

President Donald J Trump 9/17/2020

Election Integrity is Essential To Our Republican Form of Government

We need to get serious about election integrity. The 2020 election was a rotten mess— if we had had a free and fair election, President Trump would be sitting in the Oval Office today and America would be so much better off.

Ronald Reagan’s honesty remains an example for presidents

Protect Babies, Don't Let Them Be Killed

I am 100% pro-life. From conception to birth and thereafter. Roe v. Wade was a horrible decision. It was wrong the day it was decided in 1973, it’s wrong today, and it was reversed. But the fight doesn’t stop there. Some states still have taxpayer paid abortion.

In the U.S. House of Representatives I will:

  • Support the Hyde Amendment, ensuring that no taxpayer funds ever fund abortions
  • Encourage adoption for mothers and fathers who unable to raise, for whatever reason, a new child by eliminating the bureaucratic and financial challenges and simplifying the process for the birth mother and the adoptive parents.
  • Support organizations that provide alternatives to abortion

  • Support the Pain-Capable Unborn Child Protection Act, the Born Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act, the SAVE Moms and Babies Act, and other pro-life legislation

As a Catholic and a father of 8 children, I know that human life is sacred. The right to life is guaranteed by our founding documents, and I will fight to defend it.

We're going to make our military so strong, so powerful, that nobody, nobody, is going to mess with us. That, I can tell you. We're going to take care of our vets. They are forgotten people. They've been the forgotten people and we're taking care of our vets.
