Guam held an election for six at large seats on the board of education on November 3, 2020. The primary was scheduled for August 29, 2020. The filing deadline was May 11, 2020.
Mary Okada, incumbent Maria Gutierrez, Peter Ada, incumbent Mark Mendiola, incumbent Lourdes Benavente, and Robert Crisostomo won election in the general election for Guam Education Board.

About the offices
The board is composed of:
- six voting members elected at large by voters in nonpartisan elections. These members serve for two years, beginning on the first Monday in January following their election.
- three voting members appointed by the governor and subject to the advice and consent of the Guam Legislature. The members serve for three years.
- three non-voting members:
- A non-voting student member elected by the School Board of Governing Students for a term of one year.
- A non-voting member appointed by the teachers' union for a term of one year.
- A non-voting member appointed by the Mayors Council of Guam for a term of two years.[1]
Qualifications
Candidates for the six elected members of the board must be:
- at least 25 years old.
- a resident of Guam for at least five years immediately preceding the date the member assumes office.[1]
