Elections for the Guam Legislature will take place in 2026. The general election is on November 3, 2026.
The Guam Legislature is one of five territory legislative chambers holding elections in 2026. All 15 seats in the Guam Legislature are up for election.

Qualifications
To be eligible to serve in the Legislature of Guam, a candidate must be:[1]
- A United States citizen.
- At least 25 years of age.
- A resident of Guam for at least five years prior to the election.
The candidate must not have been convicted of a felony or of a crime involving moral turpitude.
Swearing in dates
Guam legislators assume office the first Monday in January following the November election.[2]
