The Guam Supreme Court is Guam's court of last resort. The court consists of a chief justice and two associate justices.[1] The Supreme Court hears appeals from the Superior Court.

Justices of the Supreme Court are appointed by the governor and confirmed by the legislature. The term of office is ten years. Justices must stand for retention in the general election immediately preceding the end of their term.[1][2]
